Rudeness of the driver
Yesterday I ordered a pizza at Roman's pizza. When the driver arrived he shouted at m over the fone telling to come and get my food. When I went to him and I asked him why r u shouting at m he respond was... Just take ur food. D u want ur food or not. N for peace sake I took my food. N he made the mxm sound

Mr D Foods I would like to complement you for the poorest service that I have been receiving since Friday the 27th of August Order number DFD7321**** On Friday the 27th my order was cancelled due to no availability of your Drivers in Diepkloof Square Soweto. I immediately phoned you and the gentleman that answered the telephone advised me that he will do an instant EFT, and it should reflect in my back account within an hour, it has been 9 days now, and I have not received the refund.

I bought pizza on the 25th of February and they double charged me. I contacted them straight away and then they refunded the money, it has been nearly a week and I still haven't received the money into my bank account. They send me an email on Monday to say I will receive my money within 24 hours it's been more than 2 days later and I'm still waiting. I think this is very poor service for a public business. I'm not very happy with the service. I have sent 3 emails and haven't received any response from them to say what is the problem. I just want to inform people to be careful with regards to similar situation. Thanks Deirdre Oberholzer
